Juan Goizueta Carriles

A member of the Madrid Bar (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid), with more than a decade of experience advising companies and leading court proceedings.

He holds a Master's in Corporate Legal Advice from IE Law School (Instituto de Empresa) and has specific training in family, succession and personal law. He advises Spanish and international clients, in Spanish and in English.

His career combines litigation practice with in-house counsel roles within business groups. That dual perspective allows him to approach each matter from a different angle — how it affects the business, how urgent it is and which solution is workable in practice — and to find legal answers to real problems.

He personally leads the firm's litigation before the civil, commercial, employment and administrative courts, as well as its advisory work on contracts, corporate transactions and employment relations.
