It does not constitute legal advice and cannot replace it, and reading it does not create any professional relationship between the user and the firm. An engagement will only be deemed formalised once it has been expressly accepted by the firm.

Communications sent through the contact details provided do not in themselves create a lawyer-client relationship; however, any information received will be treated with the confidentiality required by legal professional privilege.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
